Provenance: the rows and expected results were written by hand from the rule semantics
described in the article. They were NOT run through WorkoutPort. Separately, the editor ran
16 synthetic cases against the app's rule-evaluator source (any enabled matching rule is
enough; date and distance boundaries inclusive; unknown route matches neither "has route"
nor "no route"). That is a source-level check, not a public-app or Strava test.
Eligibility is not an upload: Strava still has to accept and process each activity.
