hr-samples.csv  21 scheduled sampling instants, one every 60 s from 0 to 1,200 s.
17 have a value; the instants at 480, 540, 600 and 660 s are blank (absent), so the
observed points either side (420 s and 720 s) are 5 minutes apart.
Arithmetic mean of the 17 values: 140.0 bpm. Treating the 4 blanks as 0
would give 113.3 bpm, which describes nothing measured.
These are simple means of listed samples, not time-weighted averages. Invented values;
