Inventory template for "Apple Health XML, workout files and backups". archive-inventory-template.csv One row per copy. The four example rows are fictional; the cells you would fill from your own checks are left empty, and "n/a" marks columns that don't apply to that type of copy. Checks by type (fill only what you actually saw): - Encrypted computer backup: the date and lock shown in Manage Backups, whether it is encrypted, and whether you have its password. Record any real restore in restore_evidence; don't restore a device just to fill this in. You can't open a device backup to list workouts, so the earliest/latest columns are n/a. - iCloud Health sync: whether Health syncing is on, which Apple Account, and which devices show recent data. It is the current synced state, not a dated snapshot. - Health XML export and workout files: open them on another device or computer and write down the earliest and latest items you actually see and the fields you checked. Limits: a copy contains only what was recorded and written to it. A listed backup is not proof that it is current, accessible or restorable; a successful restore is stronger evidence. Store this file privately: it describes where sensitive data lives.
